These briefs have outstanding performance, strong, quiet, soft plastic backing, and are remarkably absorbent. However being advertised as L/XL is misleading. They are marked as Large on the package. As for actual sizing they are definitely big for a Large, but small for an XL. I've only ordered one case, and currently seeking other options because of sizing. But hey if they fit you correctly, you can't go wrong with these. Best material I've found in a brief in the six years I've dealt with incontinence.

I li love them ,they were bigger than most other brands medium Size , I think you should offer a small Size , these were closer to be between a medium & large Size , most other brands medium size is perfect most of the time but sometimes I have to go to the large , if you ever do start to have a small size in the pink Please let me know I give the a try.
