How to Initiate a Return? 

To start a return, simply email us at service@sunkiss.care with your Order ID and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Here are things about return and refund consumers should know:

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

  • Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected, and it will be back to consumer's original payment method usually around 7 days.
